PLEASE HELP US MAKE A FAST AND EASY WAY
TO SCREEN FOR ATTENTION DEFICIT DISORDER

(persons with learning disabilities are also strongly encouraged to
take this test )
Currently, there is no way where a person can directly test to find
out ADHD in a very short amount of time. Almost all tests today are
behavior check lists which have to be filled out by teachers or parents.

THIS TEST YOU CAN TAKE YOURSELF TO FIND OUT IF YOU HAVE ADHD
AND THE TEST ITSELF ONLY TAKES ( ON THE AVERAGE) FIVE MINUTES TO
COMPLETE, INCLUDING READING THE INTRUCTIONS.

This web page is designed as follow-up of a pilot study of a screening
test for attention deficit (hyperactivity) disorder [AD(H)D]. Your
participation is greatly appreciated. However, please do not take this
test unless you are age 18 or older or you have your parent's permission.
If you are younger than 18 years, one of your parents needs to check the
'consent' box on the information form, in order for you to take the test.

This test consists of two parts. You will have 90 seconds (1.5 minutes)
to work on each part, completing as many answers as you can. After
you finish both parts, you will receive a score. This score will have no
meaning for you at this time, since this is a pilot study and by completing
this test you are part of this pilot program.

All personal information will be held completely confidential!

When the pilot program is completed and the results validate the test,
your results will be emailed to you free of charge!

BE PART OF THIS STUDY
and help parents, adults, and children receive better evaluation for this disorder.
